These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZGopher website and services. By accessing our systems, you agree to be bound by these terms. ZGopher provides high-level B2B operational infrastructure, CRM management, and logic-based automation for approved industries including Dental, Veterinary, Hair/Nail Salons, and Educational/Trading Schools.

All system architectures, automated workflows, proprietary CRM logic, and consulting frameworks created by ZGopher are the exclusive intellectual property of Gopher Consulting INC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of these proprietary systems is strictly prohibited.

ZGopher's services and automated workflows are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we build high-performance systems, ZGopher shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of revenue, data, or business interruption — resulting from the use or inability to use our systems. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their own internal communications comply with all applicable state and federal regulations, including HIPAA protocols.

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of ZGopher services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action must be filed in the courts located in Texas.
